Can you believe it? October is here. One of my favorite months of the year, it is. I feel an inspiring poem coming on. Ahem.
October is here
Autumn is near
Pumpkin spice
Potatoes baked twice
Lovely, so lovely, quite nice
This makes as much sense
As eating a fence
I think I'll shut up now
And just go take a bow

Deletelol Och, you started off well. And I'm going to do a bit of constructive criticism here. If you don't want it, don't read this next part: It was actually pretty good until the "Lovely, so lovely, quite nice." which felt like a misfit set of words.
ReplyDeleteI'm not much of a poet myself though... (Here meaning I'm not one at all) So anyone who can put words together like that in a flowing sort of way is novel to me. But hey ho. I think if you worked on it you could do pretty well. :)
